  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days across Pakistan

  • Delivery delays may occur during holidays, sales events, or due to courier issues.

  • Accurate shipping details must be provided by the customer. The Perfume Nest is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or broken items.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with video proof of parcel opening.

  • Once verified, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and authenticity reasons.
